Tasting Notes:
Appearance: Straw gold.
Aroma: Gentle hints of lemon sherbet, apple tart and spiced plums.
Taste: A dry, warm start builds to an effervescent aniseed and oriental spice. A lingering, mesquite finish. Ideal accompaniment to a sweet, rich dessert.

Blended and Matured in a sherry cask. Available in 70cl.
