Our Policies
As an organisation, we are committed to pursuing positive change through our work. Please contact us if you would like a copy of any of our policies.
Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival is diligent in protecting its staff against any form of abuse or harassment and we will not accept behaviour that causes one of our employees to feel threatened, humiliated, patronised, or harassed. This includes during any external contact with other organisations or businesses.
Staff aim to provide a high quality of services to audiences and artists in the course of their employment and any discrimination that prevents or hinders this will be reported to the charity’s Strategic & Creative Director and, if required, the Board of Trustees.
We ask you – as we do our own staff – to act professionally, fairly and with the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.
Any complaints should be raised with our Strategic & Creative Director: director@dgartsfestival.org.uk
